General

Welcome to Lilyease.com. We provide services to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in this agreement (the "Agreement"). Lilyease.com reserves the right to change this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

Accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the site indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or visiting the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.


License & Permitted Use

Lilyease.com grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for the purpose of shopping for personal items only. Any breach of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of this license without notice.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit this Site or any portion of it unless expressly permitted by Lilyease.com in writing. Lilyease.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion.


User Account

For safety and security, each customer is allowed to create only one registered account. Lilyease reserves the right to suspend accounts that attempt to create multiple accounts without further notice.

You are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of your password and account. You shall immediately notify Lilyease.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of this Site's security.

After registering, you will receive our newsletters with information about sales, coupons, and special promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email or through your account settings.


Reviews & Comments

Anything you submit or post to the site — including ideas, reviews, comments, and suggestions ("Submissions") — is treated as non-confidential and nonproprietary. By submitting, you grant Lilyease.com a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, copy, distribute, publish, and create derivative works from such Submissions.

All Submissions shall automatically become the sole and exclusive property of Lilyease.com. You warrant that your Submissions are free of any intellectual property infringement or third-party claims.

You shall not use a false email address or otherwise mislead Lilyease.com or third parties as to the origin of any Submissions. Lilyease.com may, but is not obligated to, remove or edit any Submissions for any reason.


Order Cancellation

Only orders with a paid, processing, or partially shipped status may be modified or canceled. All other orders cannot be changed.

If you wish to cancel a shipped or packed order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. If your order cannot be canceled, we kindly suggest you accept the package and refer to our return policy for further assistance.


Shipments & Customs

All shipments are sent from different warehouses and are delivered duty unpaid. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the customer.

Should a customer refuse a package due to import duties or taxes, they take full liability for all costs involved. Lilyease cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount lower than the actual product price due to customs regulations.

For orders with more than one item, we may split your order into several packages according to stock levels at our discretion. Lilyease strongly recommends purchasing shipping insurance at checkout.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you have not received your package. With standard shipping, after 3 months from the shipment date we will no longer be able to offer any compensation (4 months for Latin American postal deliveries).


Customer Code of Conduct

At Lilyease, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, we will not tolerate unacceptable or unreasonable behavior toward our Customer Service team. Unacceptable behavior includes:

  • Aggressive, abusive, or threatening language on any communication channel
  • Persistently repeating complaints despite reasonable solutions being offered
  • Demanding staff to breach established company policies or seeking outcomes beyond our policies
  • Repeatedly changing the nature of a complaint after a formal response has been provided
  • An excessive number of complaints relative to total purchase history

Lilyease reserves the right to no longer accept orders from customers who engage in such behavior without further notice.

If you are dissatisfied with the solution offered by our Customer Service team, you may escalate your complaint by submitting a new ticket:

Our designs are inspired by celebrity and runway style and are our own recreations. They are not authorized, endorsed by, or connected to any television shows, films, or celebrities, and are not intended as infringements of any registered trademarks or copyrights.


Intellectual Property Infringement

If you believe that Lilyease.com sells goods that infringe your intellectual property rights, please send the following to service@lilyease.com:

  1. Signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the IP owner
  2. Description of the allegedly infringing material
  3. URL where the infringing material is located
  4. Your contact information (address, phone, email)
  5. A statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the rights owner
  6. Identification of the specific intellectual property rights claimed
  7. A statement that the above information is accurate and made under penalty of perjury

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

This site and its products are provided on an "as is" basis. Lilyease.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lilyease.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site. Lilyease's total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you in the month preceding the claim.


Order Acceptance & Pricing

Lilyease.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including cases involving pricing errors, stock limitations, or fraud concerns. We will contact you if your order is canceled or if additional verification is required.

Prices are based in U.S. Dollars. Prices displayed in other currencies are converted at current exchange rates and may not always be up to date on promotional pages. The price shown on the individual product page is the current price you are liable to pay, excluding shipping.

Lilyease is not responsible for late deliveries for special occasions such as birthdays or holidays. We encourage customers to place orders well in advance.


Applicable Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of AU & EU. This site may contain links to third-party sites; Lilyease.com is not responsible for the content or operation of any such site.


Termination

Lilyease.com may, without prior notice, immediately terminate this Agreement or revoke any rights granted under it. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the site. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before the termination date.
