Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal. All transactions are secured and encrypted at checkout.
How do I apply a discount code? +
Enter your discount code in the "Discount Code" field at checkout and click Apply. Only one discount code can be used per order.
Can I modify or cancel my order? +
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us at service@lilyease.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
My payment didn't go through. What should I do? +
Check your card details and billing address. Try a different payment method or contact your bank. You can also email us at service@lilyease.com.
Shipping & Tracking
How long does delivery take? +
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, followed by shipping of 10–18 business days. Total delivery is typically 11–21 business days from purchase.

Where do you ship to? +
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
How do I track my order? +
Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also visit our Track My Order page anytime. Tracking updates may take 3–5 days to appear after dispatch.
My tracking shows "Delivered" but I haven't received my package. +
Check with neighbors or your building reception, and around your door or mailbox. If still missing, contact us at service@lilyease.com within 45 days of expected delivery.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? +
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all labels intact. Visit our Return Policy page for full details.
How do I start a return or exchange? +
Email us at service@lilyease.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply within 48 hours with return instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Who pays for return shipping? +
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If your item arrived defective or we made an error, we will cover the cost.
How long does a refund take? +
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive your return. It may take an additional 5–15 business days to appear in your account.
Products & Sizing
How do I find the right size? +
Measure your bust, waist, and hips and compare with our Size Chart. If between sizes, size up for better coverage and comfort.
What fabric are your swimsuits made of? +
Our swimwear is made with high-quality 4-way stretch fabric that is chlorine-resistant and UV-protective, ideal for both pool and beach wear.
How do I care for my swimsuit? +
Rinse in cold water after each use. Hand wash with mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Avoid wringing, tumble drying, or prolonged direct sunlight.
Do your swimsuits run true to size? +
Yes, our swimwear runs true to size. Check our Size Chart before ordering. If you prefer a relaxed fit, size up one.

Do I need an account to place an order? +
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and check out faster in the future.
My discount code isn't working. What should I do? +
Check the code is entered correctly (case-sensitive) and hasn't expired. Codes cannot be applied to Final Sale items or combined with other promotions. Email us at service@lilyease.com if still having trouble.
I haven't received my order confirmation email. +
Check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, email us at service@lilyease.com with the email used at checkout.
