Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind every order at lilyease.com. If something isn't right with your purchase, we're committed to making it right — quickly and without hassle.

📦 30-Day Return & Exchange Window Online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

* Please note: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. 1 Email service@lilyease.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Our customer service team will reply within 48 hours with the return authorization and instructions.
  2. 2 Ship the item(s) to the return address provided in the instructions.
  3. 3 Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible, typically within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive an email confirmation once processed.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and packaging attached.
  • Return/exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests after this period cannot be accepted.
  • If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or defective, please keep the original packaging and contact us immediately.
  • Items showing heavy wear, makeup stains, perfume, or pet hair may affect refund eligibility.
  • Do not send returns to the package address. Wait for our customer service to provide the correct return address.
Return Shipping Cost Like most online retailers, return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Exception: If you received a defective item or we made an error with your order, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us and we'll take care of it.

What We Cannot Accept

To keep our process fair for everyone, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift card orders
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items with heavy wear, makeup stains, perfume, or pet hair
  • Returns sent without prior authorization from our customer service team
  • Requests submitted after 30 days of delivery

Order Cancellation

  1. 1 If your order has not shipped, you may request a full cancellation and refund by contacting us at service@lilyease.com with your order number and reason.
  2. 2 Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–15 business days to appear in your account. If you do not receive a refund within 30 days, please contact us.
