Return & Exchange Policy

Online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

*Please note: Items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Return or Exchange

1. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Our customer service team will reply within 48 hours with the return authorization and instructions.

2. Ship the item(s) to the return address provided in the instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible, typically within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive an email confirmation once processed.

Return & Exchange Conditions

* Items must be in original condition: unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and packaging attached.

* Return/exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests after this period cannot be accepted.

* Return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid delays.

* If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or defective, please keep the original packaging and contact us immediately.

* Items showing heavy wear, makeup stains, perfume, or pet hair may affect refund eligibility.

* Do not send returns to the package address. Wait for our customer service to provide the correct return address. Our after-sales warehouses are located in the United States, and we are working to set up more return locations in other countries.

Order Cancellation

1. If your order has not shipped, you may request a full cancellation and refund by contacting us at [email protected] with your order number and reason.

2. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–15 business days to appear in your account. If you do not receive a refund within 30 days, please contact us.
